Kenneth Joseph Schneider
Choosing to file bankruptcy is one of the most important decisions you may ever make. It is not a decision that you or your attorney should take lightly. I feel that my clients should know a little about myself before making the decision to have me represent them.
I was born and raised in the Everett area. I grew up in an average middle class family where both of my parents worked to support the family. I received my law degree from Gonzaga University Law School and continued my legal education receiving a Masters of Tax Law from the University of Florida.
Upon completion of my schooling I returned to the Everett area to start my practice. I have been in practice since 1993 with my main focus being on bankruptcy and tax issues. I have been able to help over a thousand individuals, families and businesses with their financial problems.
I currently live in the Lake Stevens area. I am married with one little boy and another one on the way. I have learned a lot about life through my upbringing, education, legal career and raising my family. Financial trouble can be one of the most stressful and intimidating times in a person’s life. Financial problems in one area of a person’s life will eventually affect the other areas of their life if they are not dealt with. Please let me help you achieve a fresh start to your future by discussing your bankruptcy options with you today. If you would like to explore your bankruptcy options further go to the getting started section to begin the process.
One of the greatest joys that I have is hearing from a past client about how filing bankruptcy at one of the lowest points in their life has turned out to be one of the best decisions they have ever made. It is also rewarding to hear that the fresh start they were able to obtain and the relief in stress they received had provided a better life for them and their family. Don’t hesitate, if you have questions on whether bankruptcy would be best for you please call my office.
